about the wave foundation
When booking your school visit to the Newport Aquarium, upgrade to a Finstitute classroom experience to teach your students about aquatic life, chemistry, physics and other sciences in a fun, hand-on way. Finstitute classes include a 45-minute interactive lesson taught by a WAVE Foundation instructor. All lessons include pre and post visit activities as well as a scavenger hunt to complete during your visit to Newport Aquarium.

Choose from one of the following subjects for your class: All About Penguins, What You Otter Know, Surrounded by Sharks, Sea Turtles, Shell Shock, Wild About Water and SCUBA Science.
